Availability of our rooms

Through our website, you can check the availability of our rooms on the chosen arrival and departure dates. Immediately after your reservation on our website, and provided you entered your correct e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail summarizing the details of your reservation. Within 24 hours, we will confirm your reservation by sending an e-mail containing instructions for the payment of a deposit. Your booking is final once we received the deposit on our bank account

Deposit of 30%
In order to definitively confirm your booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be transferred within one week to our bank account at KBC Bank (BANK Code = BE17 7310 4059 9121 and BIC Code = KREDBEBB).

Exception: for reservations made less than one week before your arrival, no advance payment is required.

Once we have received the deposit, your booking is final.
However, if we do not receive the deposit within the week, we assume that you will not take the room(s) and we will cancel your reservation.

Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of your arrival.
On the day of your departure we ask you to leave the room at 11am at the latest. In consultation we can agree on other times.

Cancel or interrupt your stay
It can always happen that you have to cancel your stay with us early. Such a cancellation is unfortunate for both you and us. In some cases we are forced to charge a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is a % of the total amount of your stay.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the planned day of arrival: 0%
Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the planned day of arrival: 25%.
Cancellation between 2 and 1 week before scheduled arrival: 50%.
Cancellation less than 1 week before the scheduled day of arrival: 75%.
Cancellation on the planned day of arrival: 100%.
In case you wish to stop your stay with us prematurely for any reason, we will agree on an equitable compensation.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in LEVEL600 B&B.
